Poetry Contest Deadlines for 15 and Under

KIDS AGES 15 AND UNDER:
Do you write poetry? You’re invited to enter our Poetry Contest!

Prizes will be awarded. Your poem may be chosen for a public reading or publication.
The theme of the contest is “the rhythm of life.”
Submission Information

  • Please submit your poem using the form below.
  • Contest is open to poets age 15 and under. (A separate contest is available for those 16 and up. See goodshepherdnorfolk.org for details)
  • We welcome all forms and styles but do not accept previously published work or work that has been created in any part with the assistance of AI tools.

Deadline

Poems must be received by September 30, 2025.
All contest winners and honorable mentions will be announced by November 1, 2025.
There is no entry fee. Good luck!
